Counselling at The Quiet Mind Centre, Exmouth

Counselling is a therapy used to help a person cope with a problem which is troubling them.

This form of help is advised for anyone who has an unresolved issue which is preventing them from being happy or achieving their goals in life.

The counsellor provides the time, and safe space, in a private and confidential setting which allows the client to fully express their fears, hurts, pain, stress, etc. It is the intention of the counsellor to create an atmosphere of support, integrity and trust.

When the client feels relaxed with the counsellor they are invited to share their problems in their own time and in total confidence.

Some Issues Which Benefit Through Counselling:

  • Stress

  • Depression
