Counselling is a talking therapy which can help you cope with a stress-related or health problem which is troubling you.  This form of help is also advised for anyone who has an unresolved issue which is preventing them from being happy or achieving their goals in life. Sessions normally last an hour.


The counsellor provides the time and a safe space in a private and confidential setting which allows you to fully express your fears, hurts, pain, stress, etc.  It is the intention of the counsellor to create an atmosphere of support, integrity and trust.


As a client, once you feel relaxed with the counsellor, you are invited to share your problems in your own time and in total confidence.
