The Friends of The Quiet Mind The 'Friends of The Quiet Mind' are now an active group set up by Sue Savage, Tony Green, Zena Moys and others. They and the other Friends are working hard to help with fundraising. Currently their main project is the Festival of The Quiet Mind to be held in the Manor Gardens from 10am to 7pm on Saturday 28th August 2010. All are welcome to this major fundraiser, which features performances from various musicians, complementary therapy tasters, inflatables and much more. How Can You Help The Quiet Mind Centre, Exmouth?
Personal input We are always ready to welcome new volunteers who are qualified therapists or caring people who would like to help out on our reception desk. Or become a Friend (see above). Funding help By holding your own fund raising event such as a coffee morning, car boot sale, etc. Flag Days 2011 - dates to be confirmed If you can spare even an hour to help with our collection, please contact us at the Centre. By giving The Centre a financial contribution Donations are always gratefully received, no matter how small. Every pound is
of great value to The Centre. Forms are available to
reclaim the tax. On-Line Donations ... Click on the Donate Now button, this takes you directly to our page on the Charity Choice website where you can make on-line donations. Here is a PDF Gift Aid Form for download As a Registered Charity in the UK, The Quiet Mind Centre can claim the tax you would pay on the amount of any donation you make (Please kindly inform us of any change in your tax status in the future). Make sure you keep a record of all of the Gift Aid donations you make.
It is also possible to covenant an annual sum to The Centre. The Centre receives no funding from the NHS and struggles to financially break even each year. All donations are very gratefully received. |
